Terms and Conditions

1. To allow time for the accommodation to be prepared for incoming visitors, we ask you to vacate by 10.00am on the morning of your departure; incoming guests are not expected to arrive before 3.00pm.
   
   
2. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but we will do our best to offer you another available date. Taking out cancellation insurance is advisable to cover any eventuality.
   
   
3. We cannot accept liability for any loss, injury or damage which may occur to guests or their property while they are staying on the premises.
   
   
4. Visitors are responsible for keeping the cottage and its contents in the condition in which it was found, and reporting any damage.
   
   
5. We reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.
   
   
6. A well-behaved fully house trained dog is welcome, by prior arrangement only. It MUST NOT be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the cottage. A stable/kennel is available.
   
   
7. DIY Livery available at £30 per week, please call to discuss.
   
   
8. When weeks are highlighted in blue, short breaks are available @ £18 per person per night (min 2 nights)
